Armia will support you to choose the right balance of services which facilitate you to stay living at home for life. We provide services based on the individual needs and cultural requirements.
Home care packages are subsidised by the Australian Government to help senior Australian over 65 years age or 50 years for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander stay at their own home for longer. Home Care Packages include a wide range of services based on your level of needs (Level 1 to 4). HCP program is designed for complex needs of senior Australians who want to live in their own home for longer. To start receiving services, you will need to register and be assessed by My Aged Care to determine your eligibility for your services.
Suitable for individuals with low-level care needs.
Services may include help with personal tasks, cleaning, and social support.
For individuals requiring slightly more support than Level 1.
Includes assistance with daily activities, transportation, and health care.
Aimed at those with more complex care needs.
Offers comprehensive services such as medical care, meal preparation, and mobility assistance.
Designed for individuals with the highest level of care needs.
Provides extensive support, including specialized medical care, intensive personal care, and home modifications.

At ARMIA, we provide the home care service based on your needs and home care package from 1-4 level which has been approved by the government. The following are the details of services and eligible hours calculated only for weekdays rate:
Home Care Package Level 1
Care Needs: Basic care needs
Approved Budget (from 1 July 2022): $9,179.75 per year
Hours per Week: Up to 3 hours
Required Assistance: Support for day-to-day activities like gardening, housework, meal preparation, companionship, and transport.
Home Care Package Level 2
Care Needs: Low care needs
Approved Budget (from 1 July 2022): $16,147.60 per year
Hours per Week: Up to 5 hours
Required Assistance: Services including personal care, transport, shopping, podiatry, and exercise classes.
Home Care Package Level 3
Care Needs: Intermediate care needs
Approved Budget (from 1 July 2022): $35,138.55 per year
Hours per Week: Up to 10.5 hours
Required Assistance: Includes personal care/hygiene, medication and treatment support, social outings, transport, therapies, and home modifications.
Home Care Package Level 4
Care Needs: High care needs
Approved Budget (from 1 July 2022): $53,268.10 per year
Hours per Week: Up to 16 hours
Required Assistance: More hours visiting the client daily, suited for those with chronic conditions such as dementia.
Care Management is an essential component of every Home Care Package, which includes:
Care Plan development and ongoing review
Ensuring that services are cultural differences.
Supervising nursing and care staffs
Meeting registration requirements
Providing coordination services
Annual review of Home Care Agreement
Your Package Management fee covers:
Administration required for the delivery of your Home Care Package
Setting up the funding subsidy through Medicare
Preparing financial statements (Monthly, quarterly, or annually)

ARMIA also provides overnight care $550 Per night OR $90/per hour depending on the budget and Transport (with the recipient) = $0.99 per KM
